Tier 1 Ops

T1 Community

Jag spelar seriöst med en community/clan. Vi är från hela Europa med kärnan i Danmark och Storbritannien.
Vi lirar med A.C.R.E och en del andra bra mods, + många mods som våra moddare/scriptare har skapat. Vi har även egenmodifierade banor/kartor. Det vi spelar är mest vs AI (Vi kör med egna script på AI'n så den är inte i närheten till lika dålig som i original Arma III.) Men även ibland PvP.

Jag tycker att ni ska gå in och spela på våran public server (som även många av oss medlemmar spelar på under kvällarna)
Filtrera ingame när ni söker i mp på "Tier1" så kommer ni hitta en server som heter "Tier 1 ops Public" Kom även gärna in på våran TS när ni lirar för att prata med oss! Det är mycket trevligt och uppskattat av alla

Operation ICARUS

Operation ICARUS is the JSOC response to organized crime and terrorism on the recently annexed area of Altis which currently falls under US jurisdiction.

Altis is currently a hotbed for Eastern resistance and has proven to be a problem for local security forces. A previously unknown extremist cell, known only as ICARUS has so far caused the death of 100+ US and NATO personnel and continues to destroy and disrupt valuable infrastructure.

They need to be stopped. JSOC will fill the intelligence gap around ICARUS and will proactively seek out and disrupt the operations of ICARUS.

Background

Greece, once a democratic and modernised state, inadvertently left behind its traditional alignment following the Economic Collapse of 2012.

In 2016, Greek rebels and reformists seized control of parliament in a national uprising. The promise of a brighter future and a new democracy by the rebel leader, Adrastos Nicolaides, left the Grecians distracted by the fantasy of a future Greece.

Months and eventually years passed with Nicolaides still at the helm, increasing military spending under the guise of defence, following the middle eastern annexation by Iran. In fear of the Iranian war machine, Grecians allowed Nicolaides to continue the explosive expansion of the Grecian military.

Greece in the late 2020's was still a member state of NATO but often aroused suspicion and concern of its NATO allies. Nicolaides frequently traded with the newly formed Eastern Alliance and had personal relationships with high ranking officials that opposed NATO. It is believed that Nicolaides had stockpiled Nuclear warheads but this was never proven by the western intelligence community.

Prior to the beginning of World War IV in 2032, Greece was part of the NATO/Western alliance that was desperately trying to find a resolution to resource disputes that had crippled world cooperation and diplomacy for almost a decade.

During the WW4 conflict in 2032, Greece detached itself from NATO and remained a neutral territory on paper, however provided assistance and staging areas for Eastern navies.

In Spring 2033, Greece announced to the World that it had aligned itself with Eastern interests and as such, quickly became an enemy of western forces.

In the Winter of 2034, NATO had pushed the Eastern Alliance back to the middle east and Greece came back under western control. Greece was unrecognisable in the devastation and its people left bitter of the western forces that destroyed most industry and infrastructure around Greece, making it unattractive to a potential future invasion from the East. Adrastos Nicolaides was believed to have fled to Iran, however there were also rumours of his death.

The year is 2035 and Greece is now under the control of NATO. For one year NATO has controlled the territory of Altis, which was relatively untouched by the invasion. Altis however has proved to be hard to control by some of the smaller NATO nations and has recently come under the control of US Forces. Among these US forces are the world famous 1st SFOD-D (Special Forces Operational Detachment Delta) of Joint Special Operations Command.

JSOC's remit has been dealing with successfully, organised insurgency and terrorism on Altis.

Operation Details

Operation ICARUS will consist of 12 Chapters (Missions) in which the story of these Delta boys and their special forces teams will unfold and climax at the 13th Chapter, which is likely to have full inclusion of the US Army regulars too.

The plan is for a Chapter to be released two weekly (may increase or decrease depending on workload), complete with a dynamic storyline where each Chapter affects the next. Slots within the Chapters will have limits and will consist of special forces and their supporting elements. See 'Units Required' below for more info.

Participants involved will need to be highly immersed and will be expected to semi role play their involvement. Players will need to be on their game, messing around or not taking the role seriously may result in an exclusion from the next mission for the benefit of other players. This will be a big project which I will put a lot of time into and I won't tolerate anything but utter professionalism from my delta boys. There will be no JIP or Respawn either (Unless you're team killed by Spawny or killed by 'Two Rocket' Apalaid when he repeatedly misses enemy Ifrits.

Intel will need to be acquired each mission and although mission objectives will be set, the teams will need to take the initiative to fully complete missions. Finding an enemy compound or stopping an enemy unit, may acquire valuable intel which will benefit the players in that and the next mission.

Missing the location of an enemy sniper after taking fire may lead to a missed interrogation opportunity. This same scenario may also provide the location of an enemy base, if for example, an enemy assasin is found and followed by allied units from a distance. Catch my drift? I'm trying to multilayer the missions so that basic objectives can be achieved, but shortfalls in intelligence that is not gathered will make the next mission harder to complete.

Mission nights will mostly be mid week but sometimes may take place on weekends and potentially Sunday, but this is intended to be additional to our regular Sunday missions.

Another feature i'm going to include is player slots within the enemy side. Players who want to play the enemy and help make the mission more immersive, will be separately briefed in mission and will have objectives that coincide with the allied objectives.

This will also allow for features like car chases, surveillance and interrogation to take place.

I will also require help along the way. I'm going to need people who can help drive the story with me or in my absence. I may also need voice actors for cut scenes, depending on how ambitious I get.

NOTE ALSO: These missions will be played in a style different to what you are used to. Radio protocol needs to be full and proper and as mentioned earlier, semi-role play will be required. I will not be spoon feeding your mission starts, restricting load outs or allow corner cutting. Missions START AT BASE and FINISH AT BASE. No quitting out once an objective is complete.....a new optional objective may come about on your return to base.

If none of this is suited to your game play or if you feel you can't semi role play, then maybe you should take a lesser role or sit this out.

Units Required

The missions will utilize the following elements.

HQ - HQ will run the show from back at base or from the skies in a MH-9. Although this may sound like an unattractive role, HQ will need to coordinate the deployment of units, much like a Platoon Lead would. HQ will also utilise the newest technology available to assist Shadow elements. A small HQ team will also be needed to operate UAV's and if necessary, do some field work undercover or even man artillery or other support elements.

Shadow Teams - The Shadow teams will be the core of the missions. Reacting to whatever is thrown your way, you will need to be on your game and complete missions to their fullest. Cohesion and working within a Shadow Team will be natural to you. Leading a Shadow team will require extensive prior experience. In order to effectively react to a situation, your skills as a leader need to be impeccable so as not to distract you from the job in hand.

Sierra Sniper - Sierra teams will often be deployed with Shadow teams to provide them with low profile long distance cover. You MUST know how to use the sniper rifles and be familiar with ranging the weapon. If you intend on taking this slot, you must have prior practice to these missions. At some point, mission complete or mission fail may rest in your hands and I want those hands to be a steady sure shot.

Reaper - Reaper call signs will be fully crewed with a co pilot and door gunners if applicable. I love a good reaper and so I will ensure that the utilisation of them will be as much as possible. Altis is a big map. In the face of a large opposing force, shadow may need the help of the Reaper call sign at short notice. Units such as shadow and UAV's are also likely to be utilizing Laser Designators to allow distance engagement by the Blackfoot.

Scouts and Specialists may be included but cannot be guarenteed.

Tier1 servern är den ända jag spelar på. Är ny i detta spel och lär mig mycket av att bara spela och lyssna på alla. Denna server rekommenderar jag till alla nya som gamla
spelare.

Jag spelar mest sandbox, Det är som Dayz utan zombies. Det finns missions där man ska döda AI om man vill, men dit går man ju och väntar på spelare som pvear
Sen finns det ju en gamemod SC som är mer lik CS eller nått sånt, alla spawnar på samma ställe och man kan välja vapen innan man spawnar.

Synd att jag svarar så här sent men ska förklara lite om S.O.G

I första hand handlar det mer om trivsel, man ska känna sig välkommen i en klan/grupp om man ska tycka om att spela med dom.
Många medlemmar loggar på TS för att göra andra saker än att spela men ändå hänger där.

Jag vara ärlig och tala om att vi försöker spela så mycket det går men dock utan bestämda tider för tillfället.
Vi har våra egna servrar och hostar allt själva. Vi kör även Dayz då det passar eller om det är kort om folk på kvällarna för arma 3 spel.
Vi kör även andra spel ihop men just nu är det lite tunt med den varan.

Många av oss jobbar skift, sköter skola och studier och utifrån detta så har vi inget tvång att spela. Man spelar för att det är roligt och inte för att man måste p.g.a tider. Vi kommer att sätta upp fasta tider på helgerna då medlemmarna har enats om detta.

Alla är välkommen att spela med oss, passar inte S.O.G dig så går du bara vidare utan en massa tjafs.

Mods skiljer ju från grupp till grupp. Vanliga mods utöver de du nämnt är RHS, CBA, BWMod, TFAR, AiA Terrain Pack, CUP weapon pack, HLC weapons, RH M4/16, DAR HMMWVs med flera.

Vi använder inte blastcore. När det gäller radio @tfr, AiA använda inte längre av oss då arma 2 grejer är buggiga i arma 3.

Vi är ett gäng polare som precis har startat upp en ny svensk server, drf söker vi efter lite spelare som har lust att komma in och börja lira på serven. Arma 3 Altis Life Server 4.0 Secretone
Är en skön altis life server med väldigt stort fokus på RP, aktiva admins whitelisted faktioner. Så som Militär/Polis/Medic/Rebeller och även Channel 7 news.

Denna servern har jag spelat på sen i juni 2014

Vi är ett riktigt gött community där

Admins lyssnar väldigt mycket på idéer från folk som kommer med dom

Secretone servern har stort fokus på utveckling av servern, typ inga idéer är dåliga och tas upp i admin möten osv

Kör själv med anrop.se om man söker dödsseriöst så kan Jag rekommendera ssg istället. Men anrop är en mysig liten grupp. Bara att komma in och kolla läget någon gång så kan man se om vi passa dig;-)

Tack för omnämnandet! Vi spelar, trivs och frodas.
6 år och en 30-40 aktiva medlemmar på våra Opar. Lirar lite TvTs och blandat in oss med några andra enheter på senare tid. Vi huserar både stridspittar och noobs (båda med lika ordentliga warfaces på onsdagar och söndagar) med möjlighet får båda att få utlopp för sitt virtuella krigande. Inga närvarokrav inledningsvis men önskar man spela i fasta grupper så ökar kraven lite, enkelt att välja själv.

Tjena! Jag och en kompis har nyligen skapat en Arma 3 server. Vi har alltid velat skapa ett Arma 3 Community och nu äntligen har vi gjort det. Vi har fixat med servern i två månader och vi har verkligen jobbat hårt med scripts och mods och nu äntligen är servern helt klar!! Jag är själv aktiv 24/7 så jag är alltid där om ni behöver hjälp!
