So I just got my card replaced after sending it to Germany on rma.

I haven't had any problems with it yet in those 30 minutes I have been playing Dayz since I got it.
Should I contact your support? Because I really don't feel like sending my card away 2 weeks again when I've already sent my card away one time and got a more broken card in return.

this backplate is end of live and we do not have a single unit left. EK do also make backplates, this is probably the only alternative in this case.

Those are also nice!
Those backplates should fit on every 660Ti except from the FTW models, those have a different PCB Design.

I will run the tests and come back to you.

För att de är NVIDIA Exclusive på samma sätt som Sapphire är AMD Exclusive. EVGA gjorde endast moderkort med NVIDIA chipset med fram tills NVIDIA lade ner det och EVGA gick över till Intel chipset.

I don't know if this thread is still monitored by EVGA; anyhow, a general question, comment, about your generous and quite well-known 10 year warranty for some of your products, among them the popular Supernova G2 series.

In almost every review of the aforementioned PSUs on the net and at some shops it is mentioned that to be granted a 10 year warranty one has to register the product within 30 days. If that is not done there will be a 3 year warranty. From a general perspective EVGA seems to have generous terms and good customer support. That said there is quite a difference between 10 and 3 years, given the fact that 3 years can be regarded a minimum for quality PSUs, and many have 5 years, and then some 7 years. So, 5 or 10 years would seem more appropriate. But I do understand that you have to differentiate; if the owner does not have a valid invoice, or have not purchased it from an authorised reseller; and you do offer a transferable warranty on several products.

The question:
EVGA's warranty terms for the EMEA region, including EU and Sweden, tells us that for, among other, the product suffix -XR, seen on Supernova G2 series:

There are a number of exceptions, among them the following:

The -XR-suffix is not mentioned among these exceptions.

Further, there is no mention of registration being a requisite in the documentation or package that follows the product.

The only conclusion is that for the Supernova G2 series, or other products with the suffix -XR, there is no need to register to be offered a 10 year warranty as long as the original owner keeps a valid invoice.

Is this correct?

I was wondering if you plan to release the aio cooling unit from EVGA Geforce GTX 980 Hybrid to other cards?
Or is it only for the 900 series?
Would love to get one for my 780.

Hello Maho, we do not plan to make a special version but the AIO cooler itself will fit on that GPU. If you have a card that do use a baseplate that coole the power management it will work if you have some airflow on the baseplate

Hello Osprey, back in time in 2011 we did change our warranty therms, the first ones you stated are the new ones and the second one the old ones. As we released the PSUs after 2011 you can ignore the old therms for this matter. The registration within 30 days is also part of the old warranty. If you go for a PSU that do have XR ending it will have 10 years of warranty for the originally owner. Due to our automated RMA system it will be required that the PSU get registered but this can also happen at the time the PSU goes faulty. For second hand owner of those PSUs we do give our basica 3 years of warranty on the XR ending. Within the first 3 years of the basic warranty we do not require the invoice, just if it is about extended warranty which is year 4-10. Just let me know if there is any question left

Hi, Yes EVGAs warranty is world wide. The European headquater is located in Munich Germany, in case of an issue you will then need to deal with them.

Is there anyone from EVGA still looking at this thread? If so, can you answer me if overclocking will void my warranty in any way? If so, what phase of overclocking exactly?

Hello, I recently got a EVGA GTX 1080 SC and I've quite annoying problem. There's horizontal lines over the entire monitor. The monitor works fine with both DP and DVI with another graphics card but with the GTX 1080 I can't seem to get rid of it.

Another strange thing is that my secondary monitor as far as I can tell isn't affected by this issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
