Ny Rust Experimental server [ RUST alpha ]

We are a new Rust server with the ambition to be one of the largest servers in the Rust community.
Our goal is to create a server that is enjoyable for all player types and have vanilla rates and only using Oxide for admin tools so that we can help in the best ways possible. NOTE: Oxide is not implemented yet but might be in the future.
Server rules are following (deeper explanation will follow)
1) No griefing
2) No racism, offensive or childish behavior
3) Do not build close to radtowns, roads, or airfields
4) Hacking, Cheating and exploiting bugs will result in permanent ban from the server
5) Only Swedish or English in chat
This is your one and only warning, breaking the rules will result in kick, ban or permanent ban depending on the crime.
Griefing, You are not allowed to build in another player’s base even with privilege to do so you are on the other hand free to kill and slaughter any player you come by, just keep in mind that those players you kill now might end up doing the same to you later on.
Racism, offensive or childish behavior.
Do not draw anything on your signs that can be offensive to others.
If you are not an adult we expect you to act like one in our chat and to other players via voip, and for the adults we ask you to act like adults remember this is after all a game and we are all here to have fun.
Building close to radtowns, roads or airfields
We will have this rule for the sake of all players the ground rule is 30 seconds away from radtowns and airfields, 5 seconds away from roads.
All who build closer will have their building removed without refunds.
If you are unsure how close you are, count before you start a massive building project or consult with Admins and/or friends we don't want you to waste time.
