For the past 18 months or so, VIA has been working on a technology initiative called QBM (Quad Bandwidth Memory), which is designed to double the bits-per-cycle rate of standard DDR and (theoretically) give PC1600 the same bandwidth as today's DDR400. Are you aware of this initiative, and is ABIT planning to release any QBM-available boards?
I am aware of this initiative, and I know VIA is planning on releasing something in September that will be the world’s first QBM enabled chipset. If all goes well, they will have a winner on their hands and ABIT will definitely make a board.
