Front i/o panel for Antec 182B

Hi.

I have a ANTEC P182B GUN METAL BLACK MIDITOWER ATX chassi with both of its frontal usb connectors broken. I need to replace these but can't seem to find any spare parts to buy anywhere. Does anyone know where to find a frontal panel with usb and audio wich will fit for this model?
