Kan inte komma in på mitt Steamkonto

det är skrivet på engelska men läs bara tack.. detta är min situation:

So my old sim card to my phone was the one with the number connected to my account, and that one is now broken, and for a little while ago i reset my whole phone with all the apps gone and everything.. so i lost the steam guard app. And now when i redownload the app with another sim card in(because the first one is broken right).. and the guard app asks me to log in to steam.. it says "get code from steam guard app" but i cant get no code because even when i say i dont have access to that app it says "ok send to email?" and then it automatically sends no email and asks me if i want a text on my phone with the code to get in to the account but that phone number which is connected to my account - aka the sim card that no longer work.. is not available.. What do i do?
