A good tip is to use the Swedish site called https://www.prisjakt.nu
It pretty much only (with some exceptions) list reputable stores, but there are times where its not perfect either.

However, they only support PayPal payments.
This would be considered pretty strange overall. A good idea is that if a store has Faktura (invoice) as payment options, its okay to try. Because they are easy to refute if problems occure.
Paypal is similar I guess, since they have a pretty easy way to get refunds on payments if there is a issue with what you bought.

If it was my choice, i would not buy from that store. Biggest reason is their strange setup to only accept paypal and nothing else. Which is... suspicious.
