Outside of Prime95, ASUS Realbench is actually a great test that puts stress on your system using real world applications that are in use by professionals daily. By running a combination of GIMP, Handbrake, and LuxMark, it stresses more than just your CPU to really test for overall system stability. Combine that with some gaming for a few hours and see if you get any crashes/BSODs or WHEA errors in event log.
I dont think a cpu needs to be checked for hours with Prime95 or OCCT, it needs to pass your needs and some fundamental OC principles.
