Just opened the box for my spanking new Obsidian 550D case - love it - but it was broken right out of the box. The plastic tab that keeps the "fan hole cover" on the side panel in place was broken clean off. Please see this picture. http://i.imgur.com/9BbTp.jpg
I'm really reluctant to handle this RMA through the retailer, since it means I'll not only have to ship back the whole case (delaying my build by several weeks...) but I'll also have to pay for shipping which is significant for parcels this size.
I would like to have a solid side panel without the cutouts for fans like the one on the right side of the case, but I can't find a Swedish retailer that carries it. What do you advise?
