In device manager (on newly installed Windows 8) I got a pre-installed network adapter that was installed with the OS ---> "Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection". I can't uninstall it since it's not on the Programs and Features section. So should I uninstall it right on device manager or should I just update the driver I wish for, "Intel LAN Driver V17.3.0.0", right over it?
