Graphite 600t fan controller stopped working

After using my graphite 600t case for almost a year the fan controller has stopped working all of a sudden. The fan controller is completely dead (or at least I think so), but depending on how I connect the wires I can get one of the case fans working (top or front), but not both at the same time. This is really weird, and I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the fan controller not working.

Is there anything I can do to fix this, or is it just something that I am going to have to live with?

It's not a standard spare part, and replacing it does require removing the fascia and some other parts, but I can look into whether I can provide it...

That would be very much appreciated Though, if replacing it is a hassle, maybe it isn't worth it. I don't wanna risk breaking something else in the process haha.
