The camera doesn't have a 15MP sensor, it only has a ~3.5MP sensor, the 15MP number is marketing hype they've made up (also known as"interpolated" which is essentially the same as opening it in Photoshop and resizing it, obviously this just makes the quality worse). Their previous camera, the C910 actually has a larger sensor, 5MP and thus would be better in low light conditions.
There is no such thing as "USB3 ready" it's just marketing speak. It's a USB2 device and USB2 devices work in USB3 ports (because USB3 is backwards compatible with USB2).
Also, the microphone(s) will only record at a max of 32000Hz (not 44100Hz which is pretty much standard) but you've not mentioned this.
Try to actually review things rather than regurgitating useless marketing speak...
