Regarding replacement parts for a 550D case.

I bought a Corsair 550D for a few months ago.
When I got this I had a little problem with the front. The top part that hold the front with 2 plastic plugs was abit lose, resulting in the front nearly coming off completely if I didn't hold it while opening it.
Eventully I made the misstake to not do this, which made it fall to the ground and the 2 top plastic plugs holding the front break.
So I checked on the corsair page for replacement parts and found a kit for 4 USD, however the delivery cost would be 15 USD.
As I found this to be way to high for such a small kit I sent the following mail to the corsair support:
"I had the case for roughly 1 month now.
Since I got it the top part of the front cover been abit lose, but I didn't think much of it as it closed as it should. But yesterday when I opend up the front cover of the case came lose and fell to the floor, resulting in the 2 top plastic holding the cover, breaking. Since I don't think this will go on warranty since i dropped it (Even though the reason behind this was the lose part that been there from start) I were looking to buy a kit from ur site. But paying 15 USD for delivery of a 4 USD kit seem quite unreasonable for me. Can this be delivered any other way? Thanks in advance! (Obs I live in Sweden)"
Roughly one month after sending this I got a respond saying that they will send a replacement part and I should be expecting it to come soon.
So today I got a package from UPS, a really large package which had me abit confused as all I asked for was this small kit with the plastic plugs.
I opend it up and found that they had sent me a complete new TOP of the case.
After re-reading my mail I do understand if you just read the first line it can be abit confusing, but reading all the mail it's pretty obvious this was not what i was asking for.
So now I have a top that I do frankly not really need, but still no plastic plugs.
As I still would like to have the plastic plug I'm now wondering if you could be to any assistance?
I wouldn't mind at all paying the 4 USD that the kit cost, but the 15 USD delivery cost is what's bothering me.
