I just found a way how to record them separately without changing settings all the time, you simply need to create a new profile for webcam and then create a new scene just for the webcam and add "video capture device" in there, then you go edit your settings for the webcam profile, like changing resolution and the file name for the save under advanced settings and assign special keys for the recording in Hotkeys settings.
Then you create a new profile for the gameplay footage, and you also create a new scene for the gameplay and add "game capture", and you go edit your settings and make sure to choose a different file name formatting in advanced settings (like for example deleting the part %ss), then you want to assign the same Hotkeys of the webcam settings for recording (same recording and stop recording buttons).
And ofcourse after adding that -multi option to the shortcut of obs, open it twice. Then in one side choose the webcam profile and select the webcam scene, and on the other side (the other window of obs) choose the gameplay profile and select the gameplay scene. Then inside any game press the button of recording which is the same for the webcam profile and gameplay profile, and again make sure to choose different file name formatting for both profiles under advanced settings because you don't want to record the webcam and the game footage in the same file obviously (or make sure the option of "Overwrite if file exists" is unticked.
