What do people that have Bahnhof think about their fiber internet?
I have Telia and always had Telia, have 100/100 fiber and get on average 85-90 up and down.
However, I am not satisfied that Telia has now given out logs ect.
I can get 200/200 for the same price as I have with Telia now and they do not offer anything higher where I live but 100/100
I can get up to 1000/1000 with Bahnhof but that is a bit much since I do not run servers. However, it is offered to me now.
I just want to know if their fiber is good. I have hardly ever had any downtime with Telia either.

I have Bahnhof 100/100 and have previously had Telia 100/100. Not much of a difference in terms of speed and issues which I have experienced (no internet for two days due to problems with the fiber network but it is owned by Zitius and I would have had same issues with Telia given that they share the fiber network here in Stockholm). I do however prefer Bahnhof over Telia given that they are more concerned about the privacy of their customers and do not share data with authorities as easily as Telia does. Given this and the fact that Bahnhof is cheaper I would definitely make the switch!

Bahnhof works great. The only reason I don't use them as my ISP currently is because I can't.
I would assume that Bahnhof would be the most recommended ISP if you ask around here.

För min del, var Bahnhof helt, totalt, 110% värdelöst. Absolut sämsta tjänst och service jag någonsin varit med om.

I månader hade hela byn problem (alla i byn som hade Bahnhof, runt 90%). Alla hade problem samtidigt. Jag matade in pingplotter loggar och allt annat roligt i flera månader, gjort från olika maskiner, i olika hushåll, på olika ställen i byn. Alla visade samma problem, för alla i byn med Bahnhof, samtidigt. Efter flera månader av att lyssna på deras support säga "det är din dator, vi hittar inget fel" fastän flertal felanmälningar och allt jag har skickat in, bytte vi alla till Telia. Pang poff, problem löst. Aldrig igen haft bekymmer.

Mer inkompetent support får man leta hårt efter.

I've had no issues with Bahnhof during all the years I've had them, any technical problems have been solved quickly and painlessly.

Bahnhof is the best Swedish ISP and the only one that takes user privacy seriously. If you have the option to run Bahnhof it's a "no brainer"
