Rma aorus 1080ti
Köpte ett aorus 1080ti från massdrop. (Ett företag i USA) Jag har haft problem med kortet sedan jag köpte det. Det har dock tagit ett tag att komma fram till att det är fel på kortet. Jag skickade detta meddelandet till massdrop.
"My computer is freezing and the screens turn brown / gray / black. The error occurs approximately 1-2 times a day. The error usually occurs when I play. I have noticed that they may occur when I te.x press a wow portal and a new zone is being loaded. Also, the computer can freeze from nowhere. The error occurred when I upgraded my computer. I have installed windows and added windows to different hard disks. Gained the processor more and less power. I've given the graphics card more and less power. Replace motherboard (2 times) to troubleshoot. Tested second pair of frame sticks. There are no temperature problems in the computer. Triple checked so my PSU is strong enough for my setup. Also installed down the entire setup and checked so everything is sitting right several times. When i contacted a swedish computer retail firm, they determend that there were issues with my graphics card.
My new setup is 1080Ti aorus.
6700k with corsair h115
32gb corsair vengence 3000mhz
MSI Z270 Gaming M3
Samsung 850 Evo, Crucial BX100 & 1TB Seagate.
My PSU should be complicated with this setup. Pls help."
Jag fick som svar att jag skulle kontakta aorus för att sköta mitt RMA ärende. Detta har jag försökt göra nu i 2 veckor, utan i fått tag i någon som jobbar hos aorus. Jag har ringt 40 gånger och mailat 2 gånger. Någon som vet hur man ska gå tillväga?
