6900xt

playing at 1440p

6900xt xfx merc 

32gig ram 3200mhz

gigabyte aorus x470 gaming 5 

2700x ryzen 7

corsair rm750x psu 

power draw on card 310w

i cant seem too understand what the problem is im getting realy bad fps in both csgo and pubg

cs is as low ass 120fps 

and pubg goes down to 70 but average is around 110 on ultra

and get stutter too 

can some1 help me too narrow down what the problem is

Are you using one or two sticks of RAM and are you sure that it's running in dualchannel configuration?

2700x upgrade to atleast 5600x

yes its a bottleneck but i think i shouldnt get this bad performerance its not far away from my 2070 i had even worse in csgo

Doesnt matter if you put a 3090ti in there, cpu wont perform any better..

Yes, it will, however 5600X will still have somewhat bad frame times in some games. I would go for the 5900X if you can afford it, or at least the 5800X.

I have used every Ryzen generation since release and can confirm that the stutter is due to lack of performance. The 5000 generation is the first one where I feel that the problem is 100% gone or on par with Intels best.

Copy this settings and stuttering will go away, amd has tendency to downclock badly couse its used to little so you can expirance stuttering while it clocks upp and down, and yes your CPU is killing your prefromance grab 5600x put it in and you're golden.

if you are unstable just lower min and max by 100mhz and it should work and memory by 50mhz or so. but we have same card it prabably should work fine.

When i run the CS:GO Benchmark map with the PC in my sign i get an average of 800 FPS. (In game is different, average around 450-500)
PUBG runs like shit on most systems.
So definately your CPU
