Well yes, for good reasons. For the price you asked you can buy this new and buy a used RTX 2060:
I don't know why anyone here that nows that the case in the HP is beyond shit, the cpu cooler is shit, the PSU is shit, the cooler on the GPU is shit and in your case maybe even broken, the motherboard is not even possible to switch out and then it's an old mechanical HDD that is almost the total storage and I would guess they have probably gone with a single stick of super slow ram. I don't mean to be unpolite but if you think it's something wrong with this market place because people know stuff about computers then you are in the wrong place.
