These are industry standard HD44780 controlled 4x20 character LCD displays. The HD44780 controller has an 8 bit parallel interface and can also be driven from a 4 bit parallel interface.

The LCD Display itself runs on +5V DC. The Electroluminescent backlight needs an inverting power supply providing between 50-150 VAC at 150 Hz to 1000 Hz to illuminate. Brightness is proportional to the voltage applied, and the color is somewhat dependent on the frequency of the applied drive signal. At lower frequencies the light produced is Green and at higher frequencies it is more Blue.
PCB is 2.362" x 3.866" Black metal bezel is 1.562" x 3.860" LCD Display window is .987" x 2.993" Display module is .2" thick. Entire assy. (Display, PCB, ICs) is .415" thick. Mounting holes are .125" dia. Hole spacing is 2.16" x 3.6
Vet ej riktigt hur många som kommer att tas in beror antagligen på efterfrågan. Priset kommer ligga runt 200-250:-, men som sagt beroende på efterfrågan!
