inget funkar, snyft

Jag har stora problem med min burk....
Har lagt in följande på en del forum i USA, utan hjälp (ännu iaf)
Hoppas att det är ok med engelska....

My hardware is (was): antec sonata with truepower 380w PSU, 2,6Ghz pentium4, 512 Mb, nec nd1300, 80+120Gb seagate, aopen ax45-4d max mobo, radeon 9800pro (with zalman passive cooling).
One morning my machine just crashed, not even a bluescreen. I tried to reinstall XP, but it didn´t succed at all. I couldnﾴt even read the xp cd. I bought at new 512 Mb memory, and then I could reinstall xp.

After that I got diffrent errors, mainly bluscreen, and sometimes it just rebooted. Then I tried to reinstall again, sometime I couldn´t even format the disk.... Had to repartiton the disk and do a "real" format.

Then I bought a new mobo, Intel 865 PERLK. Guess what, same problem, could hardly install xp. I then bought a new harddrive (120 Gb SATA), and got an old cd-drive and an old AGP card from nvidia and a new 3 Ghz P4(have also disconnected all drives exept cd/hd). Now I can install xp one time, then, when i try to install drivers for my dlink 520 it hangs, and I cant get the machine to boot again.
I then tried to reinstall and now it complains that it cant read some files from the XP cd. I burned another xp install-cd but the problem is still there. Then I bought a new antec trupower 480w, and now it gets through half the install, then xp either complains on "cant start servicec.exe" or "contact your cd/harddisk manufactor". Or it complains that it can´t format the harddrive in the beginning of the installation.....
I´ve also reset the cmos, no differens..

AAAAARRRGGGGHHH, please help me!!!!
