Tangentbordet inte helt fungerande i Debian/Kde

Jag kan inte ctrl+v till consolen.. Och snabel A fungerar inte heller. .
men åäö fungerar.. vad kan det vara för fel då?? Jag har kört xf68config och ställt in att jag har ett logitech cordless tangentbord.. Svenskt... Har prövat finskt också utan framgång.. I vanliga prompten fungerar tangentbordet bra.. men inte i kde..

Sedan får jag inte mus scrollen att fungera heller.. Däremot fungerar scroleln på tangentbordet..

Kan man klistra in på nåt annat sätt då??
