Frågor/Prob Tacksam för svar

HI!
I had 2x512DDR400 geil Value RAM.
Now i bought 1 (2x512) more and i can see it is @ 2GB totall in booth BIOS and WIN XP.
But when i look at CPU-Z it show me that my memoryspeed is only 158mhz, it should be 400mhz or 333mhz cuz i have a A64 3500+ WINCHESTER core due to the limit of the memorycontroller in the cpu.. But why doesnt it show me 333mhz in CPU-Z.
When i look at cpu-z i see that the first pair dual channels has another memtimings than the other pair..
All the memsettings in BIOS are on auto...
i wanted to change to 2,5-8-4-4 but i had only limit to 7 on the
2,5-(8)->the seven max here in the bios.

Specs. ASUS A8N SLI-DELUXE BIOS 1006, pc3200 4x512 Geil valueram, ASUS 6600gt Extreme FSP 400W PSU

I have 8 questions now:

1: If i set to 2,5 on the CASL and the others on auto can it autodetect it ass 2,5-8-4-4

2. Can i only change the memclock to 333mhz (and leave all the other settings to auto) and then i can see 333mhz in CPU-Z.

3. Which is my perfect settings for the memsettings if i could..

4. i have never OC and i really want to know what the numbers in the timings for RAM means (i.e 2-3-3-3, what is the first 2 for and the other etc) i have red 2 posts and they shows different.

5. How much more performance can i make out for i.e games (when from 158mhz to 333mhz), how much is the difference?

6.Is it better to have low memtimings and lesser mhz (on the ram) or higher timings with higher memclock.

7. Can any of my hardware inc. PSU be damaged if i restart my computer very much, cuz i had a prob with a biosflashing and my usb 2.0 was gone soo was the mouse and i restarted maybe 40 times in a period of 2 hours.

8. I saw a thing in my BIOS.. Map over 4G in the memorysettings it was on disable shall i leve it as disabled and what does it do?
