Jag vet att man i xorg-filen kan specificera i device vilket grafikkort man kör, genom att mata den med en PCI:0:1 (eller liknande).
Dock vet jag inte hur eller om man kan specificera vilken kontakt som skall användas.
Detta kankse inte säger så mycket, men efter som det fungerar i windows, så fungerar det även i X11.
Jag kan annars hänvisa till gentoo-wiki.

I recently configured my Nvidia GeForce 4 MX 440 card for dual monitors. One screen would display totally fine, but I just couldn't get the second monitor to display anything. Then I realized that I wasn't specifying the device correctly (I have an AGP card), so for all of you that have AGP cards, make sure to specify something like this:

Kanske kan detta hjälpa något, men läs sektionen i artikeln..
Det verkar som om (tycker jag) att varje port har ett eget nummer.
