Kompilera Listen 0.5b1 från source i Ubuntu 6.10

Sitter här och försöker kompilera senaste betan av Listen då den i Ubuntus repositorier inte ville se mina mp3-filer ens. Men jag får problem rätt tidigt i kompileringen och undrar om någon vänlig själ kan se vad felet är? Står något om mmkeys, men vad är det?
Jag kör med Ubuntu 6.10 (Edgy Eft) förövrigt.

Om listen inte ser dina mp3 filer beror det kanske på att du inte har gstreamer-plugins-ugly installerade?

Funkar ändå inte efter att jag installerat den, får problemet nedan. Antar att repositorieversionen av mmpython är för gammal, så jag laddar ner och kompilerar senaste versionen, men den får också något error i installationen.

Möjligt, vet noll om gstreamer. Vet inte ens varför man använder den.

Det beror på vilken kanal du har inställt i programmet att volymkontrollen ska använda. Går säkert att göra i de flesta programmen.

Men KDE-program verkar kunna sänka outputen de skickar till vilken kanal som helst eller nått, som programen i Windows alltid gör.

Rätt kass lösning att bara byta kanal, eftersom att alla kanaler har olika ljud, och du kan exempelvis inte mutea ett program.
