Autostart i linux?(Debian)

Jag behöver hjälp med att fixa så att ventrilo, hlds och psybnc startar automatiskt när datorn startas!

Har sökt som en galning på google/forum osv men har inte hittat/fattat hur man gör..

Jag öppnade skeleton som ligger i "/etc/init.d/skeleton" och använde mig av den mallen.

Sedan sparade jag sparade den som "ventrilo" i "/etc/init.d/".

Sen så skrev jag "update-rc.d ventrilo default", startade om datorn men ventrilo startade inte..

Det är iaf så jag har fattat att man ska göra.
