VARFÖR crashar dator J*veln "Hjälp" överklockning 4Ghz

Jag har läst "FAQ" tråden för överklockning 1000 gånger minst, googlat på olika guider hur man överklockar en I7 930 till 4Ghz men jag får ta me fan inte min I7 i mitt P6X58D premium moderkort att funka som det ska, kan köra prime95 ca 5 timmar utan problem men när jag använder datorn samtidigt så crashar den precis som datorn kan köra om den får för lite volt.
Men rätta mig om jag har fel kan man köra Prime95, intel burn och memok under en natt så borde det inte vara några problem?
Senast den crasha körde jag på CPU volt 1,36250 och har provat höja nu till 1,37500 och se om det hjälper, men ser ni några saker som jag behöver direkt att ändra på så snälla skriv en liten kommentar.
