Flasha bios

Tjena har nyligen beställt detta moderkort: https://www.inet.se/artikel/1901015/gigabyte-ga-790xta-ud4
till en phenom II x6 1055t. Jag har givetvist kollat så att moderkortet stödjer processorn.

Men jag undrar hur stor sanolikheten är att modekortet kommer med den senaste bios(eller iaf det bios som stödjer 1055an)...
Och om det inte gör det, kommer jag då att behöva en processor som funkar från starta för att kunna flasha till det senaste bios? eller kommer datorn gå att dra igång även utan stöd bara att det inte kommer att gå stabilt?(men stabilt nog för att skaffa senaste bios)

Fan jävla inet mailade dem halv 10 idag och har skickat ett till mail efter det och inget svar...
Är ju i och för sig semestertider, men man tycker ändå att det borde gå lite snababre.

Tittade runt lite och hittade detta... verkar som att det går, men inte helt smärtfritt att göra det.
Återkommer igen när jag fått svar från inet om vad de säger.

Pros: Should serve me well into the future with USB 3.0, SATA 3.0, Crossfire, etc. I was worried this wouldn't work with my new Phenom II X6 1055T processor, but to set the record straight: it works, no need for another processor to update the BIOS, it just takes a bit of trial and error (see below). Nice layout, helpful online and printed documentation. Worked fine with my RAM and drives without having to make any ajdustments in the BIOS.
Cons: On startup I got the same frozen and unresponsive splash screen described in other reviews. Finally I reset the CMOS (shorted the jumper) and was able to get into the BIOS setup and flash the BIOS. This took many tries of flashing the CMOS, inserting my USB drive at different steps, etc (see below).
Other Thoughts: This is the exact sequence that worked for me to get the BIOS updated with the X6 processor in place:

1. Download latest BIOS version and extract .exe contents onto USB thumb drive (another computer, obviously)
2. Reset the CMOS by temporarily jumpering / shorting the CMOS jumper with computer off
3. Power on the computer, hit DEL on splash screen to get into BIOS
4. Insert the USB drive
5. Select the qflash BIOS update utility
6. Choose the BIOS file from the USB drive, update bios
7. Reboot and enjoy your sweet system

This may take a few tries, so leave the cover off your computer because you'll be resetting the CMOS every time something doesn't work and the BIOS setup won't load up.

I can't comment on overclocking or advanced features because I don't know much about that stuff. But hey, if I can get this working with my 6-core, other people should too. "

Så alltså enligt dem så ska det funka och om det inte gör det är det deras fel ^^

Okej uppdatering! Moderkortet kom med fel bios trots att inet sa att det skulle komma med rätt! skicakde tebax det och dom fixade det tog allt som allt 2 veckor, borde man kräva något som plåster på såren?

testade med min prolle, den frös bara hela tiden vid splash screenen.
Ville inte reseta cmos hela tiden och pilla eftersom att jag skulle behöva ta bort och sätta dit grafikkortet varje gång och jag vill inte pilla för mycket i risk att något skulle gå sönder och jag då inte skulle ha rätt till någon slags reklamation.
