Sure, you are right, but the GPU market is sick, insane, hard earned money should make people think twice before they spend it, just cuz is "hard earned". no one who worked hard deserves to be "scammed". Swedish people try to protect each other from bad deals. GPU market today, it not a good deal. far from it.
Well , look what happened through the pandemic... with all scalpers --- and people still went and bought what they wanted. As much as you want to help others, in the end it is their right - each one of us - to do what they want.
GPU market hasn't been a good deal for long time now, not today - remember pandemic? and even before pandemic...
Again to "reiterate" , it is good to share useful information that can help someone take a decision but from that to state:
- you are stupid if you buy that card
- you have no use to buy a 4090 if you play Fortnite
- etc.
This is just wrong...
P.S. If you ask me - high end GPUs should not be more than 800$ and that should be a max...
Still do not understand to this day - why people discuss about how someone spends their hard work money?
There is no value in all these discussions… it is the biggest waste of time.
*I am pretty sure all of you , spend money on things other people might find useless , not important or stupid.
- Nvidia has released a card that seems pretty powerful. Is it worth the 25k SEK? Maybe… Maybe not! Depends on everyones financials and use case. But , you cannot argue that it does not bring the performance…because it does.
- also some “potato” user here commenting AMD incompetences… very easy to talk from your chair when you have never achieved anything in your life.
AMD has proved it already in other segment and I am pretty sure they need a bit more time to really put a fight against Nvidia on the GPU market.
At the end of the day, do what makes you happy! If you have the money and you want to spend it because that makes you happy - do it!
