dfi lanparty - all diagnostic leds blinking

Hi!
Hoppas ok att jag frågar på engelska. (svara gärna på svenska)
My new system refuses to boot up. All diagnostic leds are flashing quickly and the cpu fan is picking back and forth not moving at all. I've tried all combinations with my dual ram sticks, incl the "orange furthes away from cpu". I've tried clearing CMOS (but only for a couple of miniutes, will try a couple of hours now).

What does the flashing of all diagnostic leds mean? What can be the problem?

System:
CPU amd 64 x2 4400+
dfi lanp nf4 ultra-d
corsair 3500LLPRO 2048mb dual
targan easycon 480w

20+4 power are connected
as is the fdd and molex contacts too.
