BSOD problem

Hej, har fått ett irriterande problem.
Får ibland bsods med meddelandet "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT"
Har läst på andra trådar/forum att detta kan vara ett fel på mina ram-minnen eller drivrutiner. Har kört programet WhoCrashed och fick detta:

Har förövrigt formaterat datorn en gång, och problemet verkade vara borta, men för någon dag sedan så började detta hända igen.

Undrar vad man kan göra för att lösa detta problem.

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor
8 GB RAM (2 stickor)
XFX Radeon HD6950 2048MB Dual Fan

Okej, jag gjorde som du sa, körde sfc /scannow och efter det var klart stod det att vissa filer inte kunde fixas och att ändringar kommer göras nästa gång datorn startas om, så jag startade om datorn men då när den skulle starta om kom en till bsod, efter det så kollade jag i WhoCrashed igen och då stod det såhär:
