Ledsen att det har dröjt med svar. Jag har installerat Ubuntu 64 server, dhcpd är installerat, jag skickar med min dhcpd.conffil jag har ställt in i /etc/default/dhcp3-server att jag vill använda eth1 som dhcpds nätverkskort. det e även detta kortet som har ip 192.168.1.195.
Någon som vet varför dhcpd3 inte delar ut ip? jag kan inte förstå det och då har jag verkligen följt ALLA guider och manualer jag kan hitta...
