I think you are overestimating how much work it is to update the BIOS. It litteraly takes 10min and as long as the USB is not bad almost riskless. There are USB health tests you can use to make sure that the USB is good.

I was also thinking, did you happened to have a AMD card installed before?

I will try to update using this guide but do i need to do anything in particular with my USB drive to make sure everything goes as it should?

I would recommend formating it to fat32 before. You can also run a disk verification but that is almost certainly not needed unless you have a really shitty USB from McDonalds.

Update, det handlar alltså enbart om två spel i fråga enligt tråden.
99% chans att det är spelet som inte är optimerat, HOTS hade exakt samma problem innan
