Jag är på spaning efter en nikon d70, och eftersom priserna är högre i sverige än tex usa så kollade jag på http://store.tcscamera.com/
Någon som vet om det är säkert att beställa där ifrån? priserna på en d70 + 18-70mm objektiv var sjukt stora. 619$ vilket inte blir mkt i dagens läge.
Var handlar jag min nikon d70 så det blir skönast för plånboken + säkert och bra.
"Hi everybody. I just wanted you to know about a camera company that pretends to have low price cameras. ANd I apologize if this just sounds like ranting but I am still fuming from this company. This company is TCS Photo www.tscphoto.com. I think they are also Royal Camera www.royalcamera.com who has an awful rating with the better business bureau. I think it is the same company, even though they deny it because there websites are almost identical, read their "About Us" Sections side by side and it is word for word identical. TCS Photo isnt even listed with the BBB. Anyway, they advertised a Nikon D70 body for $619. So of course I figured it was too good to be true. They told me they had it in stock and that it was American Made and that they could ship it tomorrow. I told them I would call them back after I got my husband's input. I called back and decided to give it a try. I asked the sales guy a few more questions and then told him I would like to place an order. He said to me "You want me to go out of my way to place an order for you?" I thought he was joking and laughed and said "Excuse me? How else would I place an order?" HE said "You ever hear of a thing called the internet?" I demanded to speak to the manager or owner and he told me he didn't have one. I called back and spoke to customer service and was connected with the manager and he told me that they didn't even have it in stock, it was made in Malaysia and all the buttons were in Japanese. He also said that the camera wouldn't work unless I bought $169 software that they install on the camera to make the menus function. I told him about his employees attitude and what he said to me. I aksed him if they took orders over the phone, to which he replied yes. I asked him why this man would not take my order and asked him if he condones this behavior and language from a sales rep. He said "Only to fake customers. To real customers they are nice." I am appalled at this company and they better believe I will expose them for the frauds that they are. I guess because the BBB said that they had 45 complaints in the last 12 months and 95 in the last 36 months that they felt they had to operate under another name TCS Camera and not list it withthe BBB. Många företag som gör så. Säljer blandannat grymma dv-kameror till sjuka priser men efter att man beställt så säger de att man måste betala extra för att få med kablar, batteri och annat som gör att kameran ska fungera (inbyggd programvara m.m).
I slutändan så kommer det troligen ta ett bra tag innan du får kameran och varan är ofta en s k greymarket (vet inte riktigt vad det betyder, är det så att varan ligger utanför garantin ifrån tillverkaren?)

cyberphoto.se och scandinavianphoto.se är ju två välkända svenska webhandlare med bra priser.
vill du beställa från usa så rekommenderar jag bhphoto.com. som redan sagts så räkna dock med tull och moms
technikdirekt.de är en bra butik i tyskland med bra priser. eftersom att det är inom eu så behöver du inte oroa dig för en massa extra påslag i from av moms och tull.
