Losing contact with F120 disk

Hi

I got some problems with my 6x F120 disk's.
About every 36-48h the computer lose contact with the disk, and I have to shut down the computer before it can find the disk again, a reboot don't fix it.

I have this problem with all 6x F120 disk's, I tested with ICH9R, ICH10R, Areca 1680 , 3Ware 9650SE controller and all have the same problem.

On these computers:

HP Elitbook 8440p
HP Elitbook 8540p
HP desktop Elite 8100.
And on Asus Rampage II Gene and SuperMicro X8STE motherboard's

OS I have tested on is Windows 7 32 and 64 bit, MS Server 2008 , 2008 R2 and ESX 4.1.

All drivers/firmware’s are up-to-date.

And all other SSD/HDD i have connected works flawlessly.
