Hi Poppa,
there is a security measure in place for the 8-series motherboard that keeps you from downgrading the BIOS.
This is to keep users with a Haswell Refresh CPU to downgrade to a BIOS that does not support the Haswell Refresh CPU's and therefor making their system unable to boot. I see that you are using a "standard" Haswell but this security measure is in the BIOS so unfortunately this also applies no matter what CPU you are using.
Please explain why you want to downgrade your BIOS, F9 offers better performance for Intel -K processors so it should be a better choice for you.
If you did not flash your Backup BIOS then you can recovery from Backup BIOS to overwrite your Main BIOS.
To recover from Backup BIOS do the following:
Shut off the powersupply by pressing the button on the “PSU” or by removing the power cable.
Press the powerbutton 3-4 times to empty the stored energy in the power supply.
Turn on the powersupply
Press and hold the powerbutton, the system will start the bootup procedure but will shut down after a few second. Release the powerbutton after the system have shut down completely.
Press the powerbutton to start the system.
If this technique was successful the system will boot and you will see the following image.
