But I'm not sure how can I see the written data since it's formatted and replaced it with another M.2. (if there is any way please let me know I will try to found it)

Yes, I think I had to take screenshot before I format the drive.
And now that I installed a new drive M.2 and installed new Windows , I'm not sure how can I connect it and get that information. (sorry for that !)

No problem Actually there is no need to have any information on the drive to use crystaldiskinfo. You just have to have the drive connected, so if you have a second m2 slot then you can check it. Otherwise it will of course be very difficult
