Hej, min bror söker ett system, eller någon som kan göra sagt system för att hantera support tickets från mail.

"We want a system that converts emails into tickets and uses ‘intelligence’ to pick the best auto-response from a knowledge base of answers.
It should use the same intelligence for a live chat experience.
If it is unable to answer the customer question in the live chat or first email, then the response should be saved as an open ticket for a human answer."
