Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is ***** and I am a specialist here with EA Help. I first want to apologize for the time taken by us to get back to you.
Oscar, I have received your case which was previously forwarded on your behalf to the DICE Studio team. As an avid Battlefield fan myself I absolutely appreciate how frustrating it might be to experience something going awry when trying to enjoy your game.
Fortunately, our studio experts have confirmed that they are planning to release improvements that should help you with this error with in the upcoming patch. The fix is under development at the moment so I am not able to confirm the date when it will be released.
I have also received some additional information that can help you as a workaround in the meantime:
- Until the patch release you can stay on the large modes to avoid FPS drops.
- The issue may be more common in early hours in Europe so you can try on different time to see if this will impact your gameplay
-The studio experts also recognized an error with the BF1 trial .exe. on your PC. While this may not affect performance in BF1 I would still recommend uninstalling the trial version of the game to avoid any potential file incompatibilities.
Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience this have caused.
