Problem vid boot

Har precis satt ihop en dator med följande komponenter,

Asus M4A785TD-V EVO,
Phenom II 965BE,
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) Value Select DDR3 1333MHz,
Corsair VX 450W,
Samsung Spinpoint F3 500GB

På denna kör jag Windows 7 x64 swe. Bios och windows är uppdaterat.

Problemet är att vid "kallstart", dvs om datorn varit avstängd under natten så kraschar windows när det håller på att laddas. Man ser windows-loggan i nån sekund sen en blåskärm ett kort kort ögonblick (på tok för kort för att hinna uppfatta vad som står) sen startar datorn om. Eller försöker iaf. Blir samma om man försöker "starta datorn normalt".
Jag har provat windows alla felsökningsvarianter jag kan komma på. Inga fel hittas. Har provat reparera Windows. Har kört Memtest86+.

Dock funkar datorn bra om jag stänger av den helt (dvs även psu) och sedan kör igång den igen.

Någon som har nån aning om vad det här kan bero på eller hur jag kan gå vidare i mina försök att felsöka..?
