I ordered 3 thing in the same order at the 29 of august. the delivery time for the shipment was 2-6 working days. I got 2 of the 3 things i ordered in the package that i got on the 6 sep. So 1/3 of my order was missing.
I send them a new mail in a old support thing i had with them to get the tracking number.
They tell me "I will investigate and talk to our warehouse, and get back to you during the day."
that was on the 6 of sep. The 7 of sep i send a question asking if they know what happened. They have not responded to the mail after that.
on the 8 i get a postal number for something that is going to be delivered with TNT. My last order was not with tnt. I think it might be an order from eucomtech with the missing thing.
So i ask them "did you send something to me with TNT?" on the 8 of sep. I have not yet gotten a reply on that question.
I see on the delivery thing i got that it's being shipped from ingrammicro i a company that i have never contacted before.
So I ask them about my order. They can't say anything because i don''t have the order number and stuff like that.
So i have a package sent to me form a company that i don't know about and i have not gotten any information about what is in the package.
I have called and spoken on the phone with them about the order and i got no new information it sounded like they would send a new package out to me and did not know what was in the order from TNT.
The last mail i have about it is on the 12 of sep. So i probably got it on the 13 of sep.
So not with in the 2-6 working days and i did not get any information about what was in the package or anything like that or that eucomtech was sending it to me directly from ingrammicro.
The order was a cpu a mother card and ram. The ram was the thing i got late.
Then a few months later my mother board breaks and i need to RMA it.
First i talk to asus because it's a asus motherboard and they told me to contact the retailer because it was broken and i had done all the tests i could do at home with it.
I contact eucomtech on the 11 of November about the need for RMA.
I mail them a couple of times in that mail chain with no response. Between the 12 and 16 no response at all.
On the 17th they tell me that they will arrange a pick up for the mother board.
on the 18th i get this mail "The pickup has been ordered with UPS we expect it to happen on Monday or Tuesday."
it's was not picked up any of the days there and i did not revive any instructions about it.
So i mail them the 22th of nov and tell them it has not been picked up.
they responded with "Okay no worries, I just contacted our RMA team and asked them to contact UPS. You need to pack up the motherboard and have it ready for shipping." on the 22th of November.
i contact them again at the 23th of november. And ask why it's taking so long and all that.
i get this response on the 23th "I'll have my manager contact our RMA team, and find out what the hold up is."
a few mail later the same day i get
"Finally we got some response.
The package should be picked up tomorrow."
it took 13 days to send the motherboard away to rma it. With asus telling me to RMA it.
TLDR
I ordered 3 things got 2 of them with in the right time (6 work days later) the last thing i got 5-6 days later then the rest (11-12 days). Terrible communication about it.
To send in a motherboard for RMA that ASUS told me to send in takes 13 days with bad communication with me and to different parts of the company.
I do not recommend purchasing from eucomtech and if you do i hope that you will have better luck then me.
