We’re sorry it isn’t working for you. From what I can see on my end your order hasn't been completed at the store by the sales associate. Unfortunately, it looks like they never activated the serial number of the Xbox meaning the Game Pass subscription hasn't been started. You will have to visit the store you bought the Xbox in again, or call them, and ask them to activate your Game Pass by delivering the product and adding the correct serial number to the plan (the one that is on your device). Unfortunately, this is not something we can do from here as we don’t have access to the correct systems. Once they fix that, you will need to perform a full factory reset on the device to be able to activate it.
