Warhammer online startar inte upp

Startar Warhammer online via patch.exe, när jag trycker play så laddar det upp, blir svart i några sekunder. men sedan så dör spelet och jag skickas tillbaka till windows skrivbordet igen utan att få ett enda felmeddelande.

Är det någon som har haft samma problem eller någon ide om vad det kan vara för fel? :S

Jag har de nyaste drivrutinerna för graffekort o dirextc.

Jag har testat att ladda ner en annan warhammerpatch.exe men det hjälpte inget.

jag uppdaterade sedan drivrutinerna för ljudkortet för jag sett i forum att det kan va orsaken i liknande fall, installerade sedan om spelet och testade igen men samma fel.... hade ju ingen aning om vad som va fel men antog att de hade med drivrutiner för graffe/ljudkort. så jag fick iden o stänga av ljudkortet o testade igen o vips! så funkar det utan problem.......lite surt o spela utan ljud dock, men hoppas att hitta en drivrutin som funkar. /tack för era svar

min polares warhammer beter sig också konstigt. Först så kastades han ut till skrivbordet och utan felmeddelande. Men nu kan han inte ens starta upp spelet. Tror du att ljudet kan vara problemet? Han kör även radeon. Han har ett x1950

Problem #1 : “Critical Error warhammer will now terminate” Error Message
Solution A : Turn off your anti-virus or add Warhammer files to your exceptions list. This occurs when your anti-virus interferes with the patching process. Incase your anti-virus prevented one of the files from being patched or copied properly, turn off your anti-virus, find that file in the antivirus log then delete that file then do a full fill check update. This is pretty much the case with almost every paranoid antivirus softwares
Solution B : If your computer specs do not pass Warhammer’s Age of Reckoning System requirements, it’s probably time to upgrade.
Solutiuon C : the Warhammer Critical Error problem is a symptom of one (or more) of the following : Old video card drivers, RAM less than 2GB and a video card that doesnt have shader 2.0 or better.

Problem #2 : Error Copying E:\data1\art2.myp during installation
Solution A : First, check if you can to copy the whole Warhammer disc into your harddrive, if you come across this problem while checking if you can copy the whole disc, then it’s a disc problem. You may opt to contact your local warhammer vendor and have the Warhammer Age of Reckoning disk replaced (from warhammer forums)

Solution B : Art2.myp can be corrupted by a discontinued update. Try reupdating your Warhammer age of reckoning client client (from warhammer forums).

Problem #3 : Patch Error: Your Warhammer folder is missing a larger number of files. Reinstall the game from the supplied media.
Solution A : tick the Perform full file check before starting the update (as posted by smokeyjon).
Solution B : For those who have been in the beta, the client version may be too updated.

Problem #4 : Warhammer Online Crash to Desktop problems
Solution A : For those who are playing Warhammer Age of Reckoning on XP, go to the properties settings of your network card and under advanced tab, set checksum offload to disabled. (as posted by Rylin).
Solution B : Rename the Users folder to anything then run the game
Solution C : Change the game resolution to that of the desktop’s
Solution D : This Crash to desktop problem seems to happen more often to users who are using ATI video cards with the latest drivers. If you can wait for ATI to release a specialized driver version for WAR then hope that they release it quick or hope that Mythic would patch this problem right away. If you cant wait for new driver builds, try rolling back your drivers a to an earlier stable version, but it’s a longshot.

Problem #5 : Warhammer Black screen crash.
Solution A : Refer to solutions posted in #3

Problem #6 : “Authentication Failed - Application Will Now Terminate” Warhammer Error message
Solution A : Make sure that the ports that Warhammer Age of Reckoning uses are not blocked
Solution B : The Authentication server might have been taking a beating (since WAR is fairly new). But this is more often a server side problem, which Mythic SHOULD fix ASAP.

Problem #7 : Warhammer Stuttering problem *unresolved
Problem #8 : Warhammer game Freeze / Freezing problem *unresolved

mycket möjligt att han har samma fel, säg te han o testa nån annan drivrutin till ljudkortet.

har kollat igenom en hel del forum efter vad som kan va fel och F*n va mycke strul de verkar va med spelet, synd det för de e hiskeligt roligt.

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.

I'm sorry that you’re having difficulties with the game.

- What have you done so far to try to solve the issue?
- Do you get any error messages? If yes, what is the exact error message?

In the meantime, try cleaning out your Temporary directory. Do not delete the folder itself, open the folder, select all of the contents, and then delete them.

1. Double click on "My Computer"
2. Double click on the C: drive
3. Double click on the "Windows" folder.
4. Double click on the "Temp" folder.
5. Hold the "CTRL" key and tap the "A" key to select all.
6. Tap the "Delete" key on your keyboard and accept the "Are you sure you want to delete these files" prompt.

You may get an error that some of these files can't be deleted. This is usually because they are currently in use, so let's end any program that would be using these temporary files.

1. Hold down the Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys at the same time
2. Click the "Processes" tab.
3. Click on the gray bar in the middle column that says User Name to sort by user name.
4. Do NOT select anything for SYSTEM, LOCAL SERVICE, or NETWORK SERVICE.
5. Click on anything besides EXPLORER and TASKMGR for this User Name or other user names.
6. Click on END PROCESS
7. Repeat these steps until only explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe are open for this user profile.

Note that some applications may take multiple times before closing. Don't worry that you are permanently changing your system configuration; these applications will return when you restart your system.

Du kan testa att tömma Catche katalogen i Warhammer katalogen.
Detta brukar fixa en massa problem om man kört Beta/open Beta och bara uppdaterat spelet.
Detta fixade min grafik, den var inte alls snygg först..men blev mycket snyggare efter jag raderat allt i Cache katalogen.
Det är INTE farligt att radera allt i den, allt kommer tillbaka när du startar spelet..men helt nytt så att säga.
