Yes My shipment came to lately but Televerhuset called me regularly and explain why that happen . i bought nikon d500 with 2 kit lences.

Det känns bekant, mellanslaget innan !/./, etc. Mashranga har skrivit ett till omdöme, där Rajala shop får lägsta betyg och en hel del hårda ord:
I will give them (-ve) negative star. but no option for that .
I placed a order 28/10 evening its on Thursday. and I got a on-line paper of my purchase to my mail on Friday 29/10. On that paper they said they will send my camera on 29/10 and I will get it 2/11 .
Again I called them on Friday to their Stockholm shop to make them reminder that I need it urgently within 3/11 and they assured me my camera has already shipped to my address.
Next day 30/11 Saturday , I called to Malmö shop as Stockholm shop was close. The person to whom I talked said me my camera has not shipped yet . I was surprised because where the Stockholm shop ensured me my camera has already shipped. (The guy from Stockholm shop is a liar). So I request him to sent my camera as early as possible . He said Stockholm shop will sent it to me on Monday 1/12 and I will get it on 2/12 .
Well 1/12 I called again to Stockholm shop and one guy from that shop told me my camera has already shipped and i will get it by tomorrow 2/11 . I request him to give me track no so that I can track it over Startsida - Posten.se , as they have written on their web site I can track their product over posten website .
2/12 whole day I was waiting for my camera and at last I called them to Stockholm By the phone line was directed to an automated machine. So I called to Malmö shop and that shop told me my camera has not yet shipped and they are busy for some campaign for their shop! I was surprised . The guy said me sorry and asked me to cancel the order . and I did cancel my order at last 2/11.
But I have some question in my mind ..
1. This really a Business Shop ? Their mentality looks like child and very unprofessional. Why ?
2. The main relation between shop and customer is trust . But they continuously telling lie . Why ...
3. Are this shop is a trap for customer ? I am not sure about my this question. Because my order was this type , I will pay when I will get product . Now if I paid them before then I don't know what could happen .
My Recommendation :
1. to the administrator of Prisjakt - Kunskap före köp , please remove this site link from your list. It will reduce your popularity
2 . Future costumer who wants to buy product from them , please be careful. Don,t make advance payment . because they are lier .
