Prestandaorienterade Vertex 2 (Sandforce SF-1200) levereras i kapaciteter mellan 60 och 240 GB, klarar 285 respektive 275 MB/s sekventiella läsningar och skrivningar samt 50 000 IOPS slumpmässiga skrivningar i storleken 4 K.
Budgetvarianten Onyx släpps i 32 och 64 GB. Den förstnämnda varianten fixar 135 respektive 70 MB/s sekventiella läsningar och skrivningar medan den större modellen höjer ribban till 145 respektive 120 MB/s. Båda klarar 15 000 IOPS slumpmässiga skrivningar (4K).
OCZ:s nya SSD-enheter ska finnas i butiker inom kort. Några prisuppgifter är ännu inte kända.
