Den som ser fram emot månadens stora spelsläpp kan ladda ned en ny Beta-märkt drivrutin från Nvidia. Nya Geforce Drivers 314.14 Beta är först och främst avsedd för Sim City och Starcraft II: Heart of the Swarm, som släpps den 7 respektive 12 mars, men levererar även bättre prestanda för en mängd andra titlar såsom Resident Evil 6, Sniper Elite V2 och Sleeping Dogs.

Performance improvements: Geforce Drivers 314.14 Beta vs. 314.07 WHQL

Geforce GTX 680:

  • Just Cause 2: Performance increased by 3.1% at 1920x1080 when using max DirectX 10 settings and 4xMSAA.

  • Sleeping Dogs: Performance increased by 9.1% at 2560x1600 when using Extreme settings and High Anti-Aliasing.

  • Sniper Elite V2: Performance increased by 21.1% at 1920x1080 when using Ultra settings and High Anti-Aliasing. At 1920x1080, performance increased by 19.8% when using High settings, High Anti-Aliasing, and 2.25x Supersampling.

Geforce GTX 680 SLI:

  • Batman: Arkham City: Performance increased by 4.3% at 1920x1080 when using Very High detail settings, Tessellation High, and FXAA High.

  • Battlefield 3: Performance increased by 3.8% at 2560x1600 when using Ultra settings and 4xMSAA.

  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 2: Performance increased by 5.3% at 1920x1080 using max settings and 4xMSAA.

  • Deus Ex: Human Revolution: Performance increased by 4.7% at 1920x1080 when using max DirectX 11 settings and FXAA High.

  • Just Cause 2: Performance increased by 4.3% at 1920x1080 when using max DirectX 10 settings and 8xMSAA.

  • Sleeping Dogs: Performance increased by 14.4% at 1920x1080 when using Extreme settings and High Anti-Aliasing.

  • Sniper Elite V2: Performance increased by 21.4% at 2560x1600 when using High settings and High Anti-Aliasing. At 1920x1080, performance increased by 21.6% when using High settings, High Anti-Aliasing, and 2.25x Supersampling.

  • The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena: Performance increased by 3.7% at 1920x1080 when using max settings and 4xMSAA.

  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim: Performance increased by 3.2% at 1920x1080 when using Ultra settings and 8xMSAA.
