About RMA?

Hi!
For how long am I supose to wait for a RMA? According to the swedish Post AB the two products arrived to Corsair at the 21 of october, but the status still says "Defective Parts Not Yet Received".

Probably best to follow this up through the TechSupport system, but send me your case number and I'll see what I can find out.

This is the answer I got, from the mail I sent them:

"Thank you for contacting Corsair

We apologize for the delay and inconvenience. Please provide the tracking information as our records do not show that we have received the part. Also please verify the part number and quantity (by pairs if it’s a set of memory). Once I have that information I will go ahead and check with our RMA receiving if we have your package in our......."

This sux! I now ordered new products, from my local dealer, this means I have two sets of PSU:s and CPU coolers, expensive but according to me the only way to solve this problem before the weekend!
