Telia IPTV Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000

Hi All

I have seen several threads relating to this subject but I have not had any success. I have my own personal router which I want to use but I cannot get the IPTV from Telia to work. I have the Arris VIP4302 IPTV box. My internet connection is in the WAN port of the router. I have tried to setup on different ports (1-4) using recommended VLANs from this forum and when I do this I do not get any internet connection so I am missing a step :-).

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you're not interested in super crisp picture quality, just connect the Arris box to an internet port. Telia is changing to unicast streaming instead of the multicast used before. Much easier.

I guess that would mean a switch to be placed in-between my outside connection and the WAN port on my router. If they are changing will that mean a new IPTV box or just they way they are sending the data?
