Antec 300 case cooling system

Hello there are five places two are already taken to put fans which direction should the air flow out or in (on the side and in the front )?

Right now I have front out and side out (dusty). Maybe it is better to not have one i in side??

Back and top = out

How many rpm are the fans spinning in?

Top fan and back (Low) Antec fans came with the chassi. Noctua fans the rest 900-1000 RPM
Well gonna change them in the front so they blow in air. And the fan on the side I think -remove it.

I know but it collect a lot of dust, I have tried that .

There is not much you can do to avoid dust regardless how the fans blows.. since electrical devices attracts dust easily. So you have to clean your computer case and the fans from dust reguraly.
