It takes perhaps around from 5 to 30 min until my game locks up/freezes and you can hear the background sound looping around, I have to open the task manager to shut the game off

I talked to a EA supporter/agent 15 minutess ago, he came with solutons that had nothing with the issue to do at all

If this helps I can list out a few things I've tried to do.

- Updated my HD audio driver, - Tried different nvidia drivers such as the newest which only makes everything lag for me, so im currently using 280.26

Tried to disable the origin overlay

Tried to run windows in basic mode, tried to shut down uneccsary programs aswell

2. Click on Control Panel

3. Click on the "View By" option and select the Icon view (large or small options give the same information)

4. Select User Accounts (it should open into the account of the user who is currently logged in)

5. Click on the bottom-most option, which will be "Change User Account Control Settings"

6. Adjust the slider to the bottom-most option

7. Accept the changes

8. Restart the computer

Sen får du betydligt vettigare förslag på lösningar än TS, som inte ens kan svara på frågor. Tough luck sen att de dessvärre inte har ngn lösning till dig, men de kan ju inte bara trolla fram en lösning.. kan du? (troligen inte eftersom du vände dig till kundservice)
