Bad paint, Antec Three Hundred

When i got my Antec Three Hundred i noticed that the paint was a little bit bad, like crumbles on the surface. Like it was not clearly polished or something. Does the warranty cover that?

The Three Hundred is a cheap case and a rough paint job keeps the costs down. If you are used to more expensive parts you will never be happy with budget cases.
